Our client is a top tier banking corporation in Hong Kong. They are currently expanding the business strategy team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in formulation and execution of bank's medium to long term strategies.
• Implement and monitoring business focus strategies and business plans
• Conduct strategic analysis and formulate strategies and propositions for business growth and product development
• Develop and communicate the appropriate strategic planning policies, procedures, standards, and tools
• Govern the financial budget, sales forecast, cost allocation and other relevant financial measurements for different division.
• Measure the sales performance of the division and effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experience in strategic planning and bank experience will be strongly desired
• Strong analytical and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
