Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To prioritize tasks and projects to ensure resources effectiveness of the team
• To segment customer database according to the criteria like customer value, their needs, etc. to support cross-selling and retention activities as well as marketing campaigns
• To perform validation, ongoing tracking and enhancement of segmentations and models to maximize customer experience
• To participate actively in different projects
• To offer customer segmentation options, implement a successful competitor analysis strategy and perform internal segmentation analysis on Retail Lending Department’s products

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science or Computer Science
• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in banking sector with Retail Lending products knowledge
• Experience working with complex customer data from multiple sources, database marketing and database management
• Strong business acumen and result orientated
• Excellent analytical, supervisory and project management skills
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access), VBA and ETL
•  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Business Analytics Manager
