We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts, including A/R, A/P, and other daily accounting functions
• Prepare cash flow monitoring reports and bank reconciliation statements
• Assist in month-end closings, including preparation of journal vouchers & making necessary re-class journal entries as needed
• Assist in reconciling inter-company balances and monthly consolidation
• Liaise with bank, auditors & other professional advisers
• Assist in formulating accounting policies and procedures
• Assist in Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Able to handle full set of books independently
• Proficiency in MS office software
• Hands on experience in using accounting software (e.g. MYOB)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A good team player and willing to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
