Job Scope: - 

• Familiar to various kinds of Contract, Fee Proposal (RFP) & Cost Estimate for the works of demolition, new works projects, A&A works, fitting out projects and maintenance / term contracts, etc.;
• Preparation of estimate/quotation, fee proposal, manage bid pricing & cost plan for tendering;
• Experience in fitting out projects will be an advantage;
• Consult with Clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation

Job Requirements: -

• A holder of Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building & construction related discipline;
• 3+ years’ experience in construction estimating
• Able to read architectural/structural plans, design intent drawings and develop cost estimates
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
