Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of new regulatory reporting / accounting requirements including IFRS9, IRR etc…
• Drive the regulatory reporting automation and data quality agenda
• Ensure proper compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements and deadlines
• Perform Income and Expenditure analysis and recommend appropriate solutions/ control measures to facilitate senior management in policy formulation
• Compile ad hoc reports for senior management’s review  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting, or other related discipline with CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in banking industry of which at least 5 years’ in managerial level
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting standards, financial analysis, regulatory and statutory reporting/compliance requirements
• Experience in leading projects to implement new accounting and regulatory reporting requirements
• Strong people management skills with a desire to pursue best practices in a challenging team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced skills in MS Excel and/or other database management software skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
