Job Description:

The successful applicant will lead a small team and report directly to the Director, Finance and Corporate Services. Aiming to be part of the management team in the company, he/she will: 

• Manage overall effectiveness in full spectrum of accounting and financial functions
• Ensure all financial matters are properly administered and monitored, including debt collection and credit control
• Review financial reports and accounting statements of Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Korea office on a timely basis and present findings & recommendations to the management
• Prepare business performance analysis, such as, sales & margin analysis and product analysis
• Perform budgeting & cash flow management
• Review work contracts
• Develop and implement performance metrics, such as KPI’s
• Involve in process and workflow improvement project, such as, ERP program and ad-hoc assignments and projects as required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Self-motivated, flexible, efficient, conscientious and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical skills, plus the ability to generate new ideas and concepts
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise at all levels.
• Fluent in English, Chinese, spoken and written.
• Proficient in computer applications and accounting software.  Knowledge of ACCPAC is an advantage
• Familiar with ERP system will be an advantage
• 3 years at supervisory level (applicant with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Accountant)
