Job Responsibilities

. Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions independently and prepare monthly financial statements and analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose

. Handle the consolidation of management accounts of subsidiaries and ensure compliance with accounting standards as well as statutory requirements

. Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters

. Conduct in-depth financial analysis in assessing potential deals as and when required

. Coordinate with all relevant professional parties in relation to the assigned projects or transactions

Requirements

. Tertiary Education in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines

. Qualified member of HKICPA or ACCA an advantage

. 5 years’ solid experience in accounting & finance, preferably gained from listed companies

. Sound knowledge with minimum 1 year hands on experience in group consolidation

. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

. Independent, proactive, detail-minded and responsible
