Job Description
Our clients , They are Leading multi - national interior Design firm , or Property developer . They are looking for several positions for their HK interior Design and construction projects :
1 , Site Supervisor / Senior Site Supervisor x 3 Posts( 3-8 yrs exp. )
2 , Site Project Coordinator x 2 Posts ( 1-3 yrs exp. )
3, Interior Project Manager x 2 Posts ( Fitting out - one work in HK / One station in PRC )
-
Diploma / Certificate in interior design or related disciplines
-
2-15 years solid experience in Retail , Hotel or Residential Site supervision or interior design and construction project supervision is required
-
Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion by meeting deadlines and standard qualities, monitoring budget, quotation and tender process
-
Managing , scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
-
Liaising with customers, contractors and landlords
-
Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing
-
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
- Competent in Autocad, 3D Viz , Microsoft office ,CAD Shop drawing
- Work in HK ( one position of Project Manager need to station in PRC )
