Job descriptions:

• Responsible for monthly account reporting
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain accounting records and ledgers in a timely manner
• Verify and process payments and expenses disbursements
• Co-ordination with external auditors
• Handle monthly payroll and MPF administrations, employer’s tax return, recruitment, maintaining personal data files

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 years relevant experience in accounting and HR
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Book and/ or MYOB
• Strong in PC skills in Excel, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented, self initiative, accurate and able to work independently
• Good spoken and written command in English and Chinese
• Previous working experience in construction industry would be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
