Kitchen Admin Assistant

Based in Ap Lei Chau we are a leading healthy meal provider in the city. We design and source nutritionally macronutrient accurate meals to be distributed on a subscription basis throughout Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

Due to business growth there is an immediate requirement for an experienced Kitchen Admin Assistant to join our team in our new state-of-the-art Production Kitchen. If you are looking for a business operations, administration and communications role then this is it.

You will be responsible for day to day administrative kitchen activities and will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting and business operations

• Responsible for packing and handling of client's orders

• Kitchen inventory and ingredients ordering & procurement

• Ensuring all reports are accurate and updated daily

• Assisting chefs in admin duties e.g. recipes, macros, labels

• General administrative duties including payments, orders, manuals & databases

The Person:

• The applicant must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.

• Hands on and be prepared for morning shift

• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar environment although fresh grads would also be considered

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
