Responsibilities

• To assist Senior Project Manager and Senior Quality Manager to manage HK development projects from inception stage to completion and handover stages;
• To monitor and review of site planning, construction programme, sequence, quality and progress of works;
• To monitor the preparation of statutory submission by contractors;
• To carry out factory inspections, site inspections and site audits to ensure all works done according to the contract requirement;
• To supervise and monitor the implementation for Safety Plan, Environmental Protection plan.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Construction/ Building/ Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• MHKIE/MCIOB/MHKICM or related professional qualification is preferred
• 10 years’ local construction industry experience, especially at high-end residential projects
• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience with property developers
• Solid experience in construction site and contract administration, handling consultants, contractors and site issues
• Experience in handling high class residential projects at highest standards in HK
• Conversant with local government  regulations
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills; diligent and passionate at work
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
