Responsibilities:

• Process ingredients, cook and prepare food for serving
• support kitchen operation
• keep kitchen hygienic, ensure food quality and safety

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience
• Good command in English, Cantonese, knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
• Motivated and a good team player
• 9.5 hours per day, 6 days off per month, shift duty, shift holiday
• Work Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Harbour City

Salary negotiable (depends on working experience)，excluding monthly allowance, performance bonus
