Job Description
Customer Service Officer (Call Center - Lifestyle service/Insurance/ Travel)
- Handle inbound call from privilege members

Provide quotation, service reservation and general information in professional and sincere manner

Understand customer needs and provide solutions

Collect customer feedback on service quality

Quality Customer Service training will be provided

Shift working hours (weekend shift is required), 5 days per week.
Requirments:

HKCEE /DSE/ Degree (pass in English) with good listening skill

Fluency in Cantonese is a must, good command in written and spoken English

1 year or above working experience, bank/ insurance/ travel/ airline experience is highly preferred, other customer-serving industry is also welcome

Good telephone manner, with customer-oriented mind set

Basic PC skill is required
