Job Description
T'way Air is looking for a candidate to take the new position of Operation and Customer Service Officer in Hong Kong. You should be fluent in Cantonese, English and KOREAN conversation. Basic knowledge on handling CRS such as reservation & ticketing will be preferred.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Conduct ground operations
- Monitor and analysis On Time Performance (OTP) & Door Close Performance(DCP)
- Conduct investigation and data analysis on flight
- Prepare regular management reports for Ground Operations
- Manage and improve operations KPI
- Manage ground handler
- Take care of customers on the ground
- Invoice handling
- Communicate with related organizations
Qualifications / Experience
- Degree holders
- 1~2 year of relevant experience, no experience but passionate in aviation also welcome
- Korean speaking prefered
- Korean culture experience is preferable
- Strong sense of responsibility.
