Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of native mobile applications in Agile environment
• Architectural design for mobile application base on business needs
• Provide solution to cope with different business and compliance needs 
• Troubleshoot, optimize and performance tune
• Work closely with the rest of the mobile team in different locations, to continually improve the development process and the product quality
• Negotiate with global team members on budget planning and system design
• Lead and coach junior members 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 5+ years experience in mobile application development
• Solid experience in developing native iOS/Android mobile application in Agile enviornment
• Experience in application development for banking/finance industry is desired
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
