Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall procurement operation is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Hospital 
• Support and assist in the contract negotiation processes for bulk purchase of non-drug items 
• Collect and analyze the updated market information with regard to product sourcing, technology development and pricing trends 
• Coordinate with suppliers, user departments and other relevant parties regarding the procurement arrangements to ensure the operation is smooth and effective 
• Evaluate the performance of suppliers and the quality of products. Proactively follow up and monitor the feedback from users

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline 
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience with sizeable organizations
• Possess previous exposure in SAP environment
