Responsibilities:

• New role under new business unit;
• Setup and administration of apache2 server;
• Responsible for remote server administration via SSH;
• Monitor VM and in charge of the overall infrastructure security and performance;
• Integrate E-Commerce business data from various back-end system (e.g. ERP);
• Perform system set up, configuration and maintenance;
• Work with development, operations, sales and e-commerce business teams to align with company goals, business expansion and opportunities;
• Monitor and manage networking related activities;
• Performance tuning on existing system;
• Responsible for technical support and troubleshooting;
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer or System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above relevant working experience as System Administrator / System Support / System Engineer;
• Experience in Linux, Apache2, MySQL, SSH, virtual hosts, perl and php scripting;
• Network administration skills to manage DNS;
• Experience in different phases of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
• Knowledge in Business Processes or E-Commerce is an advantage;
• Good team player, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure;
• Good communication skills and able to deal with internal and external IT teams/ support;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Proactive, able to work independently and solve problems;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
