Job Description
The job:
You will handle the consumer lines claims effectively and efficiently communicating with our client to deliver first class service.
What you will do:
- Handle, examine and settle consumer lines claims according to our company philosophy and guidelines
- Comply with and administrate against our claims guidelines
- Handle claims related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to enhance service standards and to improve performance
- Support underwriting team in understanding claims experience
- Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders
What you will need:
- University graduate or equivalent insurance professional qualifications
- 3 to 5 years work experience in consumer lines claims
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese and able to speak fluent Putonghua
- PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
