Under Eugene Group, the Retail Marketing Department is responsible for monitoring the operation and to implement the marketing plan of its retail stores, Eugenebaby.

You will be working closely with different marketing teams including product marketing, online marketing, distribution, branding team.

Assist the department to accomplish all-round marketing functions.

Responsibilities

-  Handle customer enquiries, such as after sales service, product information and more.

-  Follow up product repair status and to communicate with both external and internal parties

-  Perform clerical supports to the retail marketing department

-  Assist the department to accomplish all-round marketing functions

-  Liaise with different parties including designers and vendors

-  Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

•          Bachelor degree holder or above
•          Working experience is not essential.
•          Good written and spoken communications in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
•          Strong interpersonal skills
•          Customer-oriented
•          Multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
•          A quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
•          Proficiency in MS office applications
•          Immediate available
