Responsibilities:      

• Lead, motivate and manage the Creative team
• Develop and create artwork for clients as a practicing Art Director/Designer
• Provide directions for corporate campaigns such as branding campaigns, digital marketing promotions, event management and other business related projects. 
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
• Present concept/design treatments, storyboards and completed work to internal and external clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Art, Advertising & Film Production, Multi-Media Design or related discipline
• 6+ years of Art Direction experience in Video, Motion Graphics & Graphic Designs (preferable agency background)
• A digital ‘native’ with knowledge of all existing and emerging digital channels.
• Strong art sense, love storytelling, people skills & networks
• Strong presentation skills--ability in English & Chinese to persuade, inform and take criticism from clients, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
• Passion for new technologies and emerging trends
