Job Description

Founded in 1997, KIKO MILANO is an Italian professional cosmetics brand that has revolutionized the rules of cosmetics and won over the most demanding beauty addicts with over 1000 points of sale in more than 20 countries. We are now seeking for a suitable candidate for the following position.

Product Marketing (Assistant Manager / Manager)

Responsibility:

Regulatory

  • Project manage the continuous registration process & coordination of China product assortment
  • Liaise with Italy team & China regulatory agency to ensure timelines are being met
  • Create a tracking system & provide periodic updates to management on status
  • Propose potential options to overcome obstacles in process
  • Document full process to set up structure for future China company
  • Manage regulatory process within budget guidelines

Product

  • Manage product assortment with optimal productivity
  • Work on pricing proposals with competitor analysis for management review
  • Provide market data to aid in strategic areas of launch (product positioning, product trends, consumer behaviour)
  • Help to develop the one shot/collection process for the China launch
  • Devise & execute a promotional collateral plan to drive traffic and buzz

Launch Project Management

  • Support in reviewing various distribution channels inclusive of digital develop strategies
  • Support in other KIKO country product marketing activity to better understand the current process & challenges to apply to China
  • Work with partners to devise on brand campaigns for launch & promotional activity

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product marketing & development experience in beauty
  • Experience with the China beauty market
  • China digital / e-commerce knowledge
  • Strong fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) / fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Independent working with strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Organized and detailed individual with strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Regulatory experience is a plus
  • Logistics experience is a plus
