Responsibilities:

• Formulate effective marketing plans (including pricing strategy, product mix, promotions) and ensure smooth and timely execution to drive business growth and meet business targets
• Planning and implementing tasting events, corporate events, seasonal sales promotions, PR activities to promote brand and products
• All aspects of Weekly / Monthly online and offline marketing activities
• Conduct market analysis and customer surveys, update management for market trends, competitors’ intelligence or activities, and client’s feedback
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, and report to management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Over 5 years exp in marketing role, with not less than 2 years of managerial level
• Wine & spirit background and passion is a MUST
• Experience in digital marketing & social media (e.g. Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat), and experience in managing & promoting online sales platform is a MUST
• Experience in wine dinner / tasting planning, implementation and promotion 
• Strategic thinking, innovative, creative, enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
• Multi-tasking, high expectations for quality, attentive to detail, willing to take responsibility
• A team player with strong communication, leadership and project management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
