Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide marketing support for our internal stakeholders
• Manage ATL support, campaigns such as expo, roadshow at shopping malls, etc.
• Design and prepare POSM materials
• Arrange seminars and schedule external stakeholders visit
• Organize education materials and broadcast through proper channels & networks
• Explore external partners for gift sponsorship
• Prepare monthly reports for management review
• Assist ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• 5 year and above working experience in marketing, event, agency or digital media
• Experience in non-government organization is preferred
• Degree holder in Business/Marketing or related disciplines
• Willing to work in a tight schedule and deadlines
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Outspoken, proactive, creative, team player and strong marketing sense
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Knowledge to operate design software would be an advantage
