To increase visibility and enhancing public awareness, a reputable European banking group is seeking for a high calibre communications professional to head up the function. 

Reporting to a senior executive and leading a small team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand marketing and corporate communications initiatives across business entities and markets in the APAC region. You will lead external and internal PR and communications initiatives including but not limited to: client events; seminars and conferences; strengthen the existing as well as identify new sponsorship events and CSR programmes; media relations; press conferences; advertising; corporate/executive profiling; corporate website and intranet and etc. You will also need to manage budget and external vendors like PR agencies and production houses.  

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder in Communications / Journalism / Marketing or a related discipline, with at least 8 years of regional corporate marketing and communications experience in banking and/or financial institution. You are strategic yet able to work with hands-on approach; self-motivated; innovative; organized; and able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders. You have excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
