Responsibilities

• Responsible for all CRM programs, digital marketing and events
• Closely monitor the A&P budget
• Raise brand awareness and further enhance brand positioning through marketing initiatives
• Develop, execute, track & evaluate all promotion activities
• Coordinate and prepare for promotion and opening events
• Develop and implement the consumer end campaign
• Analyze market research findings and prepare competitive or other market intelligence reports to identify insights for fine-tuning business strategies
• Collaborating with other luxurious brands for marketing/promotion activities with creative ideas
• Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Work closely with regional sales team to develop and monitor regional promotion
• Base in HK & occasional travel is required
• Explore the market opportunity in wholesales areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in marketing or communications related major
• More than 5 years retail marketing experience
• Rich experience with premium consumer brand, durable consumer goods would be preferred
• Good knowledge of local sales processes and dealership working flows
• Solid experience and knowledge of retail operation and management
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capability
• Strong presentation skill and interpersonal skill
• Strong leadership management and good team player
