Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in business development, customer service and marketing work
- Analyze and compile statistical reports to corporate customers
- Handle post-training evaluation and analysis
- Prepare service proposals according to customers’ needs
- Assist in client in-take process when needed
- Participates in ad hoc projects
- Other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent
- With at least 2-year working experience, with Hands on customer relationship experience in corporate environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded and able to work across a diverse array of internal teams
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
- Knowledge in Learning & Coaching / Employee Benefits will be an advantage
