Job Responsibilities

• Assist in business development, customer service and marketing work
• Analyze and compile statistical reports to corporate customers
• Handle post-training evaluation and analysis
• Prepare service proposals according to customers’ needs
• Assist in client in-take process when needed
• Participates in ad hoc projects
• Other reasonable and lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent 
• With at least 2-year working experience, with Hands on customer relationship experience in corporate environment is preferred
• Strong analytical and quick problem solving skills
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded and able to work across a diverse array of internal teams
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Knowledge in Learning & Coaching / Employee Benefits will be an advantage
