Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing and CRM activities for the brands, including but not limited to online advertising and VIP Programs
• Maintaining KPIs to ensure that the online advertising, campaigns, and other VIP Programs are optimized to generate maximum net sales
• Prepare regular reports and conduct analysis of digital activities and social media performance.
• Assist in the development of digital marketing strategy and VIP Programs
• Be up-to-date on digital and social trends, best practices, competitor learning.
• Manage the content update of digital channels.
• Digitalize standard offline procedures to minimize floor men power and to develop CRM base.

Other Requirements:

• 4 - 5 years’ experience in all-rounded marketing support and brand promotion
• Experience in both Online Marketing (digital initiatives, social media and content development)
• Proficient in MS Office and using SEO/SEM, data analytics and insights tools
• University degree holders. Preferable major in marketing, ecommerce, business.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (e.g. Yahoo, Google), Web Analytics & Tracking Tools (e.g. Google Analytics), Social Media advertising and SEO.
• Knowledge in HTML & CSS is a must. Other program language is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in Photo Editor or Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
• Proven record on effective marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Mature, persevering and open-minded towards broad spectrum of tasks
• Independent and innovative thinking, attention to details, outgoing, patient and self-motivated
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Result-oriented, confident, self-initiative and strong communication skills
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
