Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and monitors marketing plan and all aspects of digital marketing for e-Shop (Deli Delight) and coffee outlets to drive sales
• Plans and executes sales events
• Conducts market research and market tracking programs for business decision to grow the brand
• Prepares and analyzes relevant reports to monitor sales, product performance, web traffic and for management review
• Handles customer enquiries and complaints
• Builds up close synergy with internal departments and external partners 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ working experience with a focus in Sales & Marketing or online marketing field
• Full understanding in e-commerce, marketing mix and brand management
• Knowledge in mobile apps, web applications, system administration and digital tools
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills and passion for sharing experience and expertise with others
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and meet tight deadline
• Knowledge on using analytics tools and budgetary skills
• Creative and strong project management ability
• Aggressive, self-motivated and result oriented
• Customer focus and people oriented
• Passion for food is a plus
• Good commend of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office.  Knowledge in Photoshop and food is a plus
• Candidates with less experiences can be considered as Marketing Officer
