Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team for promotion and marketing activities
• Assist in product development for eShop and coffee outlets and perform product analysis
• Write and produce marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banner ads, e-DM, e-Newsletter, promotional leaflets, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and perform product analysis
• Maintain a regular and positive relationship with internal departments and external parties such as suppliers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in advertising agencies or related food retail business
• Statistical knowledge for analyzing systems and data
• Sound knowledge of coordinating and conducting research
• Good analytical skill and creative in problem solving
• Passionate in digital media, technology, and e-Commerce
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Knowledge in and passion for food is a plus
• Good knowledge of marketing techniques
• Strong consumer and product awareness
• Strong IT skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good MS Office knowledge, proficient in excel & photoshop is a must
