Job description and role summary

• Lead the management and growth of the agency’s key account portfolio
  
• Work closely with external and internal parties and ensure the highest quality delivery
  
• Provide strategic consulting to clients and development teams
  
• Provide insights and best practices that add value to client marketing effort
  
• Responsible for proposal, budget, forecasting, tracking and reporting
  
• Define effective content strategy and drive the content production team
  
• Work closely with production and content teams to deliver outstanding solutions and product
  
• Committed to consistently deliver projects on-time, on-budget
  
• Define and manage clients expectations and KPIs and deliver tangible result
  
• Follow projects from strategy, creative through production, implementation and measurement
  
• Be accountable for account financial performance and results

Key Skills and requirements

• Degree Holder in Marketing/Advertisement or equivalence
  
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in digital agency
  
• Strong understanding of multimedia production processes
  
• Proven track-record in digital and multimedia production
  
• Excellent client management skills and strong business acumen
  
• Able to identify and leverage opportunities to grow key accounts
  
• Excellent communication and presentations skills 
  
• Willing to work on-site with Clients
  
• Proven track record in working with retailers and international brands
  
• Mature, detail-minded, organized, committed and highly motivated personality is essential
  
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin in a plus)
