Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing how our brands are positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumer insights
  • Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
  • Creating and translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and executing social media platforms for different brands including content management and promotion campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing team media literacy
  • To develop and implement a social media strategy in different channels with specific goals and tracking procedures to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Creating enduring brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Working closely with all divisions of the company to ensure commercial goals of the brands are met
  • Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Advertising/Journalism or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' related work experience with proven track record of successful digital and social media campaigns
  • Possesses excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital and social media, marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong computer skills MS Office, Adobe and design suite is a plus
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
