We are now seeking a Validation Manager for our SmartRocket Retail Information division.

Based in Hong Kong and working with senior Red Ocean staff, you will oversee the quality of data collection by our SmartRocket mobile workforce on retail information programs for a portfolio of clients that includes some of the world’s largest and most important brands. You will use unique technologies, including our SmartRocket (www.smart-rocket.com) mobile workforce platform, manage a team of freelance staff across multiple markets and  ultimately ensure the highest quality for our client data and deliverables.

 Desired Skills & Experience 

• Native level fluency in reading, writing, speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must.
• 12 months+ experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Market Research or other B2B services environment.
• Experience in managing freelancers and/or small teams
• A high personal standard of quality and accuracy and expectation of the same in others.
• A passion for quality optimisation and for improving others.
• An understanding of retail auditing, operational management or market research operations an advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel essential.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Some flexibility in working hours
