Responsibilities

• Plan & execute marketing activities for assigned product portfolio in order to drive market shares and achieve sales target;
• Assist sales & marketing manager in brand building for new & existing brands;
• Responsible in sales strategies and plains in order to achieve company's assigned sales target;
• Supervise sales and promoters to achieve assigned sales target;
• Conduct market research & perform sales analysis on assigned product portfolio;
• Work closely with advertising agencies & production house for advertisement production;
• Monitoring A&P expenditure & product budget;
• Proactively develop new sales channels to ensure continuous business growth and extend market coverage;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement

• University degree holder in Marketing / Health Technology / Nutriology / Biology Chemistry or related discipline;
• At least 2-3 years working experience in FMCG / Health Supplement / Skin Care;
• Solid sales experiences with proven track record preferably in health supplement, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail or FMCG industry; 
• Experience in CRM will be an advantage;
• Excellent PC skills;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an asset);
• Organized, detail oriented, outgoing and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
• Able to work under pressure and with multi-task, willing to learn;
• High sense of responsibility, mature and self-initiative.
  

Remarks

• Applicant will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive or Senior Sales Executive depending on experience.
