REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Reporting to Group Finance Director

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Drive the operation efficiency for finance related process between headquarter and subsidiaries
• Assist the month end closing of headquarter
• Prepare the consolidation for a small to medium Group
• Improve the reporting function of the ERP and reporting system
• Review the bank payment and process of the China subsidiary in Dongguan
• Coordinate with oversea hub and different departments and to ensure the financial accuracy and manage the compliance and control the data accuracy
• Work in Dongguan 2 to 3 days per week is expected

REQUIREMENT

• Degree holder in accounting or a related discipline with qualification in professional accounting body.
• Minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in financial reporting or management reporting. Capable of handling full set of accounts with minimal supervision.  
• PRC manufacturing factories experience is a must
• Familiar with the China tax and customs
• Excellent in both written and spoken English 
• Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
• Strong leadership and good level of interpersonal skills
• Able to deal with people of different background communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Netsuite & Adaptive is an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferrable
