Responsibilities

• Assist in schedule media and investor meetings, organizing corporate events and roadshows in collaboration with business partners, media and investors 
• Plan and execute all investor relations program including AGM, investor meetings, site visits and RoadShow 
• Build and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis, Investment Banks, financial reporters and public media 
• Prepare earning release and press release; collaborate with the financial reporting and legal team 
• Maintain good relationship with existing and potential investors to promote company business to institutional investors 
• Staying updated with market news, competitors movements, industry conference and other investor related news 
• Produce regular reports on the above news for directors and IR team 
• Prepare communication papers to the Board and shareholders, including result announcement and regular business updates. 
• Develop and implement public relations campaigns in line with Company business objectives. 
• Maintain the update content of the Corporate website. 
• To assist ad hoc projects/assignments as directed 
• Occasionally travel to the PRC, Asia and US for investor relationship activities

Requirements

• University degree in Public Relation, Journisum or related disciplines
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in listed company 
• Handling experience in investor relations is a must 
• Strong relationship building ability and project management skill 
• Proven experience in developing media relationship and corporate publicity strategy. 
• Proactive & can-do-attitude, out-going personality and self-motivated 
• Independent, self-motivated with strong analytical mind and communication skills 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua
