Requirements

• Degree holder in marketing communications/ advertising/ journalism/ media related disciplines
• 1 year relevant work experience in media agency or media sales
• Fresh graduate is also considered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent PC skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Attentive to details, sensitive to figures, responsible, willing to work overtime and under pressure

Job Duties

• Media booking and materials follow up
• Daily coordination and liaison with external media partners and media vendors
• Preparation of competitive reports and post buy reports to clients
• Provide support on clerical works, handle monthly billing and material flow when needed
• Gather market information for the regular media and research updates
