Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare product information; sales​ proposal and other documents; provide support to Sales Team

2. Assist Sales staffs to provide customized planning based on clients' specifications

3. Responsible for drafting framework and outline for marketing proposals (or advertisements); refining of such proposals and setting optimization strategy

4. Responsible for the deployment and data analysis of the marketing proposal; maintain regular contacts with clients

5 Drafting of de-briefing report and to provide suggestions on proposal optimizations

6. Responsible for daily social media updates and maintenance

7. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Skills Required:

1. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (Especially in written)

2. Excellent ability in sales planning and proposal drafting

3. Passionate about social media, digital and mobile advertising, deployment and optimization

4. Attention to detail, patience, willing to learn and ability to handle work pressure

5. Familiar with PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word etc. Have knowledge on Photoshop or similar software to handle simple image management.
