Job Description:

A position with primary responsibility to provide effective and professional support in development business pipeline and servicing key accounts, from understanding clients' requirements, preparing proposals to implementing advertising and event contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing pitching documents / proposals and getting requirements to close business deals
• Responsible for day-to-day liaison with clients on job progress and coordination
• Working closely with design / editorial teams and clients – being responsible for understanding and converting clients' briefing into clear project requirements
• Following up monthly regarding implementation of advertising contracts
• Managing multiple projects in terms of scheduling, workflow and quality control to ensure all projects are delivered on time and with quality

Skills and Requirements:

• University graduated with minimum 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing / media & communications, with excellent communications and project management skills
• A cheerful and reliable team player, and be able to work independently and handle multi-tasks under tight schedule and pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management, organized and deadline-oriented with good attention to detail
• Professional-minded, highly-motivated and passionate to work in parenting/kids media and event environment
• Possession of strategic planning and negotiation skills an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for "Assistant" position
