Responsibilities:

• Assist production manager to review daily production plan
• Liaise with local suppliers and contractors continuously during the production process and maintain critical timelines
• Procure sampling materials and ensure quality standards
• Create costs for all event components
• Oversee event preparation, logistic, installation, rundown and dismantling
• Traveling to China factories is not often, but will be required
• Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Experience in event related industry is preferred, but fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Good command of English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Open minded and willing to learn on the job
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Willing to work in evenings, during weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in Mac

Salary and benefits:

• $12,000 monthly salary
• 18 days annual leave
• 5-day work week
