Job Description :

The Clinical Site Manager (CSM) is the clinical sites’ direct point of contact and accountable for managing site quality and delivery from site identification through close-out. The aim of this role is to build the relationship with the site, to be the sole position accountable for the site performance, including driving the site successfully to initiation, the development of a robust patient recruitment strategy, setting up of a system, assessing compliance with regulations and the site’s capability to comply with the study needs and recruitment expectations, and problem solving to address and resolve site issues.

Job Qualifications :

Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology. At least 1 year of monitoring experience.

Accidental Death 30 months base pay

Flexible Benefits Program Employees have the flexibility to use a cap of SGD 500 per annum for gym, yoga, multi-vitamin, medical checkup, other health related activities as well as spouse and kid medical expenses. It is reimbursed through payroll.(The entitlement is pro-rated for employees who join the company during the calendar year,and part-time employees. )

Company Funded Benefits Vision care is covered by PAREXEL with limit of SGD 100. Employee claim and reimbursement is via payroll.

Annual Leave 21 days (8 days are allowed to carry over to the following calendar year)

Sick Leave and Other Leave

● Sick Leave: 14 calendar days per year

● Marriage Leave: 3 calendar days with full pay

● Maternity Leave:

Child is a Singapore Citizen: 16 calendar weeks per occasion, with the flexible option to use the last

4 calendar weeks within a year from date of delivery.Documentary proof required.

Child is not a Singapore Citizen: 12 calendar weeks per occasion, with the flexible option to use the

last 4 calendar weeks (considered as unpaid leave). Documentary proof required.

● Paternity Leave: 2 calendar weeks for Singaporean child and 2 days for Non-Singaporean

● Bereavement Leave: 3 days with full pay

● Shared Parental Leave: 1 calendar week (only for Male Singaporean Employees). Direct application

for salary reimbursement to Government by Employee
