Our client is one of the largest medical device companies in the world. They are looking for an experienced marketing expert for medical/ pharmaceutical companies.

Job Descriptions

• Work with Business Director to develop and implement plans which allow sales targets to be achieved or over achieved including:
- Conduct marketing activities for the assigned products such as market research and analysis of competition, product positioning, product launch and promotion, distribution, advise on list pricing strategy base on market & competitor practice.
- Develop and implement launch plans for new products that include meeting with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
- Work closely with regulatory team on voluntary registration projects of assigned products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Science, preferably in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science
• At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
• In depth product and industry knowledge
• Thorough understanding of marketing mechanism and able to develop & implement Medtronic product marketing strategy independently
• Able to absorb complex technical product knowledge and communicate the key messages to others
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with sales, physician customers and other functional teams and across geographic and organizational boundaries
• A good team player with team spirit is essential
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Sound project management skill
• Well organized, quick thinker and creative
• Open-mind, responsible and have strong sense of ownership
• Highly motivated and positive with “can do “attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written or verbal)
• Occasional travel may be required
• Fluent oral Mandarin
• Good MS Office Application skills
• Excellent selling skill with track records
