Responsibilities 職責：

1. Greet our patients when they arrive at the clinic 招待診所的病人

2. provide high quality service to patients while staying alert to their needs 照顧病人的需要

3. Handle patients enquires and concerns promptly with courtesy 友善及禮貌地解答客人的查詢

4. Tidy up the reception area and ensure in good order 保持診所內環境及設施整齊及清潔

5. Show and guide patients to appropriate seat or area in the centre 指示病人到適當的座位及位置

6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor 聽從上級的指示指派其他工作

Requirements:

1. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin 懂中英文

2. Eager to learn and good team player 好學及具團隊精神

3. Hardworking and willing to take up responsibilities 勤奮而且有責任心

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的溝通技巧
