The job holder’s key responsibilities are to: 

• Work closely with the merchandising team to align on strategies and clearly communicate issues with execution.
• Allocate, analyze and manage inventory level at stores level by effectively utilizing appropriate strategies to impact the financial success of selected departments.
• Compile data and generate standard as well as ad hoc reporting on timely basis.
• Evaluate and Analyze business at the store and style level performance to identify opportunities and improve inventory turn productivity on a regular basis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, identify issues and make recommendations on actionable strategies.
• Manage and recommend replenishment inventory quantities, weekly inventory shipment plans.
• Adjust store allocation based on current trends and store feedback on inventory needs and selling opportunities.
• Manage initial allocation and implementation of newness into stores, new store opening by analyzing historical and current styles, product category selling.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of information, share best practices and maximize systems knowledge.
• Work closely with logistics team and 3PL to optimize lead time and delivery timing to stores.
• Communicate with the team and stores on current business trends as well as opportunities to proactively drive future business.

 Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related working experience preferred; experience in retail fashion brand is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle multi-tasks, high accuracy and efficiency.
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills supporting a multicultural team environment.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel (pivot table, formulas etc), SAP & BI tools to monitor performances and KPI
