Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up and manage Proto/SMS sample/Bulk production with on time delivery
• Negotiate costing to hit target or provide visible options
• Build effective and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain the report status including Proto/ SMS / Bulk Costing
• Able to raise immediate alert when problem arise, provide options as needed
• Work closely with Technical and Quality Assurance team to ensure all standards are met

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree holder in textile/clothing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years merchandising experience in Ready-To- Wear (Woven)
• Knowledge in high fashion items for US market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize and excellent follow-up skills
