Responsibilities

• To responsible for full set of import and export shipping documents, L/C and bank documents
• To prepare quotation, issue PO and ensure all relevant document (E.g. Order/Shipping document, Packing list, Form E, Certificate of Origin) are completed on time
• To co-ordinate with factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
• To handle inventory control and logistics coordination
• To monitor daily in/outbound operation. Ensure efficient environment
• To ensure inventory transactions are recorded properly
• To assist the supervisor in daily import/export shipping routines 
• To take up ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time 

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• 2-3 years work experience
• Experience in warehouse follow up and retail chain operation
• Experience in handling shipment for fashion accessories (Imitation Jewelry, footwear, bags etc preferably to Australia and Asian countries, etc.
• Hands on experience in import and export procedures for Air & Sea and China Customs
• Knowledge of Tradelink, Import & Export declarations
• Excellent Command of both spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese processing
• Well-organized, self-motivated, responsible and work independently
• Down to earth, roll up sleeves and can-do attitude
