The Graduate Trainee program is a 12 months intensive training program which is designed to provide a high quality of job rotation to different departments for the future development of the Company. To develop both technical and managerial competencies for the trainees, the training program will be including:

• Hands on Production Operator
• Production and Quality Control
• Inventory Control
• Logistic Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Merchandising
• Data collection and Management
• IT and Administration

• Logical Thinker and problem-solving skills
• Great team player as you will be working in a team environment
• Willing to learn, listen and work independently
• Self-motivated, energetic and outgoing
• Willing to start from the basics
• Strong in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Both Undergraduates and Graduates are welcome
• Commercial and/or Engineering degree candidates are preferred
• 5.5days work
