Sales Co-ordinator

We are on-line business company in Hong Kong and now looking for smart personnel to join our Team as

Job Duties:

• Manage product listings, pricing, shipping and competitive offerings analysis
• Manage all communications with customers and order processing cycle      
• Handling customers enquiry and provide pre/after sales order follow-up and related sales order procurement
• Work within the team and across different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with internal marketing team to ensure a perfect alignment with the marketing campaigns  
• **Have experience of online business industry (Ebay / Amazon) is an advantage

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or aboveand 1-2 years of related working experience
• Work with Packing Team
• Strong initiative, Very Smart, work independently, take up responsibilities and make decisions
• Able to work with high workload, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Fast-learner, interested in online business industry;
• Work well with team and stakeholders to achieve targets
• Excellent in computer skills and Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated and pleasant character
