Duties:

• Identify and fulfill indirect procurement needs of business services categories, e.g. Marketing Services, HR Services, Travel, Facilities, Legal etc. in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Define internal customers’ requirements, perform vendor sourcing, selection & tendering, contract terms negotiation and confirmation
• Review PO and ensure smooth operation of the procurement process
• Participate in global / regional projects, e.g. vendor consolidation, cost saving and system / process improvement etc. and actively present to regional counterparts and country cross functional departments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• About 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience preferably from MNC / listed company.  Fresh graduate with interests in strategic procurement can be considered as Assistant Procurement Officer
• Good understanding and practical experience in applying tactical purchasing tools and methods highly preferred
• Self-motivated, detailed and thorough
• Good influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills to work effectively with parties from at different levels
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
