Responsibilities:

• Develop Supply Chain strategies that meet our customer and Business Unit strategic materials' needs
• Deliver supply chain solutions for the company's long-term strategic and short-term tactical needs
• Monitor, track and provide feedback on suppliers' performance on overall cost, delivery and quality
• Analyze and drive component purchase prices that meet the annual cost reduction goal 
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through well-managed material flow
• Collaborate with planning and execution teams to establish inventory safety stock levels, reorder amounts, and lead times for all raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with engineering, project and product development teams to source new and alternative purchased goods and components
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with all key suppliers
• Oversee the negotiation of pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers
• Ensure the Project team and New Product Development (NPD) teams are effectively supported
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure agreed to customer service levels and inventories are maintained

Requirements:

• Posses a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Minimum 8 years' experience in purchasing, procurement & sourcing and project management, with at least 5 years in managerial position
• Strong understanding of electronic component and EMS industry
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and ability to make difficult decisions
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of international trade, transportation, logistics and warehousing
• Good knowledge in MS office, including Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage
• Willing to travel in PRC
