Roles:

As a contract management specialist, maintain all the contracts in an organised system and comply with the legal requirement and protect the company's interests.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents such as contract, agreement, policy & procedure, correspondence and memo;
• Prepare legal documents in English and Simplified Chinese;
• Handle internal enquiries in respect of HK & PRC contract matters;
• Handle minor disputes with contract parties;
• Conduct legal research on various legal issues including compliance;
• Report legal issues to senior management;
• Draft board resolutions for approval of contracts, as required by company policy;
• Facilitate communication with external legal parties and service provider on legal matters;
• Maintain database of contracts and legal files.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in laws or equivalent;
• 3 years of relevant experience from professional firms or MNCs;
• Knowledge of PRC law is a plus;
• High level of accuracy in work and attentive to details;
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines;
• Excellent written and oral English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good knowledge in Microsoft including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
